12 More Scrutineers Urgently Needed

I'm sure watching someone count votes is as fun as watching someone reorganize their sock drawer.

But even less fun is living under another four years of lockdowns, masks, medical segregation and social distancing. I think we've all had enough of the fear-mongering, censorship and totalitarian behaviour being passed off as science.

That's why it is so important to make the sure tomorrow's votes are counted correctly.

We just found out we still need twelve more people to volunteer to be scrutineers at polling stations throughout the riding. Six of those polling stations are in Stratford.

It's not a hard job. But you do have to work late. Here's what's expected:

  • You must be willing to follow Elections Canada's unscientific demand to wear a mask while in the polling station.
  • You must arrive at your assigned polling station at 9pm on Monday and stay until all ballots are counted (advance polling stations might require 8pm).
  • You will need to attend training virtually or in person today at 2pm in Listowel.

You do not need to be a Canadian citizen or live in the riding. Good English and good eyesight are probably the only requirements. If you can help please contact us immediately.
